Where fkra|فكرة is provided to you through your employer or educational institution, that organization controls its own workspace, and our agreement with it may include additional privacy commitments. In that case we process workspace data on the organization's behalf and under its instructions.

Information from your organization
When your account is provisioned by your employer or institution, we receive information about you from that organization, such as your name, email address, and role.

AI data processing

- Human review before publishing — AI-generated learning content in your organization's workspace can be reviewed and edited by its authors and administrators before it reaches learners.
Learning records and your organization
fkra|فكرة is typically provided under an agreement with a customer organization. Administrators of your organization's workspace can view learning records such as enrollments, progress, completion, assessment results, and certificates.
For data in an organization's workspace, we act as a service provider processing data on the organization's behalf and under its instructions. Questions about how your organization handles your data should be directed to that organization.
Information sharing and disclosure
fkra|فكرة does not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers — trusted third parties that help us operate the Platform, such as cloud hosting and infrastructure, AI model providers, and email delivery services, bound by contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations.
- Your organization — learning records in your organization's workspace are visible to its administrators, as described above.
