fkra|فكرة is where teams learn together. These guidelines describe what we expect from everyone who authors content, takes part in discussions, or learns on the Platform. They apply alongside our Terms of Service, and workspace administrators may add policies of their own.
Be respectful
Learning works when people feel safe asking questions.
- No harassment, hate speech, or personal attacks.
- Critique ideas and work, not people.
- Respect others' privacy — do not share anyone's personal information without their consent.
Keep learning honest
Progress and certificates only mean something when they reflect real work.
- Do not share assessment questions or answers.
- Do not complete assessments on someone else's behalf, or ask someone to complete yours.
- Certificates must reflect your own work.
Content standards
Whether you are authoring a module or posting in a discussion:
- Upload only content you have the rights to use.
- Keep content accurate and grounded in sources where possible.
- No illegal, sexually explicit, violent, or deliberately misleading material.
- No spam, and no malicious files or links.
Use AI responsibly
AI features are there to accelerate learning and authoring, not replace judgment.
- Review and verify AI-generated content before publishing it to learners.
- Do not attempt to make AI features produce harmful or prohibited content.
- Do not submit other people's sensitive personal data to AI features.
Reporting
If you see content or behavior that violates these guidelines, report it to your workspace administrator or contact us at support@fkra.ai. We review reports and act on them as quickly as we can.
Enforcement
Depending on severity, we may remove content, issue a warning, or suspend or terminate access in accordance with our Terms of Service. Workspace administrators may additionally enforce their organization's own policies.
