Progress measured in skills

Skill-based adaptive learningfor your team

Nobody sits through what they already know. fkra works out what each person is missing, and builds the next lesson around that.

Week 6 · Hiring panelTeam-lead seat opened

fkra tracked the decisions she rehearsed and the evidence her manager logged. When the team-lead seat opened, her readiness, not her tenure, made the case. The leadership path was already half complete.

02 · New role

A role that didn’t exist last quarter.

Hamza T. · 11 of 14 capabilities coveredPath drafted · 3 modules to close the gap

When AI Operations appeared on the org chart, fkra assembled its skill map from company knowledge, found the three closest people, and drafted an adaptive upskilling path for each.

03 · New policy

The policy changed Tuesday. Teams were current by Friday.

100%attested

fkra sensed the update, refreshed every affected course, and routed role-specific practice: sellers rehearsed the new boundary, support rehearsed the new promise. Nobody scheduled a training day.

04 · Every learner

One module. Four ways in.

UDL by defaultCaptions · transcript · RTL

fkra reads how each person learns, their preferred format, pace and language, and reshapes the same module to fit: video for the visual learner, a hands-on lab, audio for the commute, a brief for readers. Built on UDL: captions, transcripts, and Arabic-first RTL by default.

Continuous adaptive learning

Every promotion, new role, and policy: already in motion.

Readiness tracked per person, courses refreshed from the source, and practice routed by role, before anyone books a training day.

Security & governance

Autonomy you can audit.

Built for organizations where training is regulated, mandatory, and measured. Agents get autonomy; you keep control.

SSO, SCIM & RBAC

SAML single sign-on, automated provisioning, and a role-permission matrix that goes down to the field.

Full audit trail

Every human and agent action logged with actor, source, and geo. Searchable, filterable, exportable.

Human-in-the-loop

Agents propose; named owners approve. Review gates on everything that ships to learners; loosen them per workflow when you’re ready.

Data protection

Encryption in transit and at rest, tenant isolation, and regional data residency options.

Governance controls

Feature flags, term policies, password history, session controls, tuned per tenant.

Bilingual by design

English and Arabic as first-class locales: RTL-native layouts, localized module types, bilingual agents.

FAQ

The questions procurement asks.

What does “agentic” actually mean here?

fkra ships 30+ specialist agents: Course Builder, Quiz Writer, Enrollment, Report Writer, and more. Each runs the same visible loop: it plans, it acts, it reports. You see every step, and every action lands in the audit log.

Do agents publish anything without review?

No. Human-in-the-loop is the default: agents propose, named owners approve. Once you trust a workflow, you can loosen its review gate, per workflow, per tenant.

What can agents build from?

PDFs, slide decks, docs, wikis, video transcripts, and existing SCORM packages. The agent cites its sources: every quiz question links back to the page it came from.

How is learning personalized?

Modules ship in four formats: visual, aural, read/write, and kinesthetic. They adapt through the fkra loop: feedback, knowledge, reflection, action. fkra is short for framework for knowledge reasoning and adaptation. Pacing, difficulty, and nudges adjust to each learner, and the modules meet Universal Design for Learning guidelines.

Does it work in Arabic?

English and Arabic are first-class locales: RTL-native layouts, localized module types, and a Translator agent that keeps both versions in sync.

How long does rollout take?

A pilot takes days: SSO and SCIM on day one, your content imported, and the first agent-built course live in week one.

Your next course is already half-built.

Book a 30-minute demo. Bring a real policy document. Leave with a live course draft the agents built while we talked.
