Every admin list pages, filters and counts on the server

Admin lists keep their filters in the rail and their view in the address, and page on the server; AI drafts arrive for learners, reports and invitations; and an invitation can wait for a second admin’s approval.

Changelog

Every admin list pages, filters and counts on the server

Released on 23 and 24 October.

Lists that read from the server

Every admin list now pages, searches, filters and counts on the server, so a filter or a total covers everything, not only the rows loaded so far. Status and filters live in the rail, and the View entry offers table, cards, board, timeline or chart where the data fits, with the fields shown in each view saved to your account. The page, filters and view sit in the address, so a view can be bookmarked or shared. Lists show 25 rows a page by default, and logs and feeds page by date with their true total.

AI drafts, never sent on their own

Several screens gain an assistant that drafts and leaves the decision to you. On the learners page it plans a cohort, maps skill gaps and pre-fills a path from them, suggests which archived learners to restore, and drafts a nudge for a learner or a whole cohort. Reports get a draft, a summary and Ask AI, compliance gets a summary on demand, invitations get reminder drafts, and graders get an AI pre-grade. Every one of them stays a draft until a person sends or saves it.

Invitations that need approval

A role can now require approval. Inviting someone to it creates an invitation that waits, with no email sent, until a second admin approves it. Once delivery tracking is set up, invitation rows show whether the email was delivered, opened or bounced. Archived learners have their own panel with reasons, stats and bulk reactivation.

Cohorts belong to a workspace

Cohorts now belong to an organization or to the platform. Workspace admins see their own cohorts and the platform’s, and the platform’s are read-only for them. Linking an enrollment to a cohort adds the learner to it, and learners can join public cohorts themselves.
