Since 1 September the server has planned each import by scoring the draft and rebalancing it. Until this release, the import workspace showed none of that.
Plan orchestration
A new panel on the plan step draws eight bars, four for UDL principles and four for VARK modalities, each against its target band. Beside each bar, a pill shows what its rebalancing lens did: the modules it added and swapped, or “Already balanced”, “Skipped” or “Lens failed”. Below the bars are the merge result, the module types that were replaced because the source could not support them, and any duplicate modules removed after that. “Balanced lenses” is now the first planning strategy and the default.

Who wrote each module
On the build step, every module row names the agent that wrote it and its model tier. Badges show a retry (“Attempt 2”), a fallback to the generic agent, the verifier’s verdict, and whether the module passed the publish audit.
Images from a PDF
The parsed step now shows a grid of the images the parser pulled out of a PDF, so an admin can tell real figures from page decoration before generating anything. Before, the only sign was a count.
